My Yoga journey began in 2019 to address My Health Issues. Little did I Know That This Would MARK the beginning of a Profound Journey to Shape My Life and Career in ways I never Imagined. As I Progressed Deeper into the practice, I discovered that Yoga is not just a form of exercise but a Science that encompasses Physical, Mental and Spiritual well-being . This Realization Sparked a deep interest within me and I embarked on the Path of learning and growth in the field of Yoga Once I perceived Prenatal Yoga Teacher Certification enabled me to Cater the Unique needs of Pregnant Women - Fertility , Pre and Post Pregnancy. I began conducting Yoga Practices - Prenatal, General, Therapy, Senior Citizen and Kids.
