GURU PAZHANI DURAISWAMY My mission as a health care advisor and yoga Master is to lead people through a spacious, soulful and deep practice that will enable them to connect more deeply to themselves and the world at large. The basis of my teaching philosophy is that yoga can benefit all body types. I teach Hatha yoga, Restorative styles, Mudras, Pranayamam, Meditations, all with an emphasis on healing, safety and honoring the body. My signature classes involve a brief guided meditation to open, mindful breathing throughout the postures and a long, restorative savasana to close.
