aranya is trained by Isha Hatha School of Yoga, the Classical Hatha Yoga Teacher training program is an intense training program spanning over 5 months (1750 class hours) designed by Sadhguru Jaggi Vasudev, a renowned Yogi, humanitarian, and enlightened master – Founder of Isha Foundation in Coimbatore, India. Since its establishment, Saranya has taught Classical Hatha Yoga to people from all walks of life, like office goers, business people, doctors, professionals, homemakers, students, children and the elderly. Yoga Mithraa’s mission is to spread Classical Hatha Yoga to the world and to help people experience a deeper dimension of life.
